- All sales are final; no refunds or cancellations.
- Bookings must be made at least 8 weeks in advance.
- $100 service amount due at contract signing.
- Booking Fee Payment must be received for date confirmation.
- Booking Fee Payment is non-refundable.

- Allow at least 2 hours for setup.
- No refunds for popped balloons.
- Not responsible for weather-related balloon issues.
- Have a backup location for inclement weather.

Payment
No balloon install, event setup, craft party or party rental is booked until booking payment has been received. All invoices must be paid off day of event.
Booking fee
A booking fee is required to secure your event. $100 of the service amount is due at booking.
Payment plan
Once booking fee is paid we will work out a payment plan to have all installs paid off the day before your event
Refund
All sales are final. There are no refunds. There are no refunds for popped balloons.
